Job Overview
Noble Roots for Event Organizing & Management is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Officer to join our dynamic team. We specialize in delivering world-class events and unforgettable experiences, and we are looking for a procurement professional who can balance quality, speed, and cost efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead sourcing and procurement for large-scale events (AV, décor, catering, and related services)
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with high-quality vendors
Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve best value
Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution
Requirements & Qualifications:
Proven experience in Procurement (experience in the event industry is a strong advantage)
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Strong knowledge of the Saudi local market
Fluency in English and Arabic
Strong communication and negotiation skills
